3. Cashback & Rewards
When you shop online or complete offers there is a period in which the retailer has to confirm the transaction, the period can sometimes be upto 45 days but majority of retailers confirm instantly or within a few days. If the retailer does not confirm, then we cannot payout to you unfortunately however we will try out best to make sure that all transactions are processed, please note that when you shop online you will need to be logged into your Magic Cashback acount and also whenever you sign upto offers such as competitions etc. You will need to confirm your email to validate acounts otherwise they will not processed and you will not receive your cash, You do not require to use the same email as Magic Cashback.

We can only follow up cashback for paid subscriptions and shopping cashback. We cannot follow up Free Cashback offers, and "Daily Cash Offers" are based upon trial and error although most will go through ok if they have been completed as the description states.

4. Valid Details and Signups
Please enter valid information when joining websites and completeing offers, Using invailid infomation will mean that you will not be rewarded, if they are credited and turn out to be invalid details then credit maybe deducted from your balance.

5. Payments
Payments are generally issued promptly within 14 days of your request, however they may take upto 28 days. If you do not requets withdrawal then your cashback balance will stay untill you do so. Transactions will only be confirmed when the retailer confirms them, we will make every effort to get the cashback, we make no promise on the transaction being confirmed.

6. Suspending Acounts
We reserve the right to terminate your Magic Cashback acount at anytime if you found to be fradently completing offers and abusing the site terms and conditions.
